Can i try classes before signing up?

Do i have to have prior experience?
Absolutely not! Classes are suitable for every single fitness level, age, and athletic ability. come in for a class and we'll tailor the workout to your unique needs.
what can i expect in a crossfit class?
Each class lasts 60 minutes and includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, a workout (WOD – Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretch session! Your coach will guide you through the whole hour to help you feel comfortable and confident.

do you offer drop in classes?
Yes! We welcome drop-ins to any of our classes on the schedule. Drop-ins are limited to classes only (no open gym). Please sign up online or contact us before coming in.
what is crossfit?
CrossFit is a fitness methodology combining weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Our workouts are scalable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
Do I have to be in shape to join?
Not at all! CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Our expert coaches will modify workouts to meet your abilities and help you progress safely.
do you have a beginners program?
We do! the fundamentals program is optional, meaning you don't need to take it to start taking classes, but it is a great option for those who are brand new! the fundamentals program is designed to introduce you to CrossFit movements, proper technique, and workout intensity in a less intimidating environment.
