HYROX classes are designed to prepare you for a hyrox race by blending running intervals with functional workout stations.
Each class focuses on building stamina, strength, and efficiency to help you perform at your best, whether you're training for a race or just looking to level up your fitness.
What does a hyrox class entail?
- Warm-Up:
- your coach will prep your body for the hyrox workout of the day.
- workout
- A longer conditioning-style session combining mono-structural machines (rowers, bikes, ski-ergs, & treadmills) with functional strength stations (farmer's carry, sandbag holds, lunges, burpees, wallballs, etc).
- these workouts are often completed as intervals and/ or circuits.
- Cool Down & Stretching:
- guided cool-downs to help with post-workout recovery.
- Coaching & Feedback:
- you'll receive Continuous guidance from coaches throughout the entire hour!
- coaches will teach and reinforce technique throughout the class.
- Community Support:
- Work alongside others for a motivating, team-oriented environment that encourages growth and progress!
