Our PRVN Fundamentals program is a structured introduction in an individualized setting to teach you the movements and techniques used in our CrossFit classes every day!
Over the course of four 1-on-1 coaching sessions you’ll work with a coach to refine your form, understand modifications, and get comfortable with the intensity of CrossFit in a slower, more comfortable setting.
Whether you're completely new to fitness or just want a smoother transition into group classes, this program ensures you start with a solid foundation and a clear understanding of how to train safely and effectively before joining group classes!
